I’m Lindsay Satterfield.

I’m a productivity trainer and coach (don’t hold that against me).

It’s counter-productive.

So you could say, my kind of productivity is counter-culture. It’s about working with how humans are designed in order to accomplish and create and contribute optimally. I care as much about whether you sleep as how your to-do list looks.

And goals… Goals don’t have to be burdensome task-masters or mirrors of not-measuring-up. They don’t have to be about hustle and grind.
